Once we have a design in mind, we hand cut each piece out of cold rolled steel. We design and fabricate each piece with the utmost attention and care to quality. Our pieces are welded (no flimsy welds) then ground to remove any sharp edges. We have formulated a special solution to create the unique rust patina finish on many of our Metal Art pieces. In addition to this special formula, temperature, time and an artistic eye play an important roll in creating the rust color variations that have become our trademake. We use this rusting technique to create shading and depth giving our Metal Art character and dimension. Once we obtain the colors we want, the process is neutralize to prevent further rusting. A protective clear coat is applied to protect the beautiful and unique colors. This process usually takes four to five days. Each piece is unique, different and fun. Each piece has it's own personality and character.
